Add Nik.
Consider removing Tyler but don't.
Fix skin-color temp votes.
Fix prestige gating.
Tweak !mine odds.
Pass squadgrades to upgrade condition-checking.
Fix amount parsing in edge cases.
Add changelog.
New quackgrade.
Upgrades re-org.
Add evil/heavenly upgrades dependent on squadgrades.
Add minimum to chaosFilter.
